The First Step
Making the best choice in senior housing can be difficult with hundreds of facilities available in your area. Adult Care Placements, Inc. begins this process with a detailed questionnaire which can be easily performed over the telephone.  This allows us to learn specific information about personal care needs, health challenges, activity interests, personality traits and areas of town the senior prefers to live. Discussing issues related to Dementia or Alzheimer’s is also an important part of our evaluation so we can best accommodate those special needs. Once our initial consultation is complete, we match those needs with our personal knowledge of the services and reputation of the facilities within your community.  Quality personalized options that have current openings can be available for you within 24 hours in most cases.

There are times when additional information from other professionals may be of help to us when making a placement. At the family’s request we can communicate with: facility providers, nursing staff, care giving staff, social workers, physical therapists or even other family members if the family chooses. This can be of great help to us especially if the senior is currently in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation unit or assisted care facility. The more we know about the senior, the more advantages we will have doing what we do best, finding the perfect new “home” for your loved one. We can save you a tremendous amount of time and stress, creating a real peace of mind for you and your family.
